Masters & Co. presents our next master class...Stressed Out. Stress is a common response to tough events or situations. Some stress is normal and stress itself is not anxiety or depression. However, severe and ongoing stress may be a risk factor if it persists.

Come for a night of stress free and friendly advice and learn ways to manage stressful times from our team of psychologists.

Our guest speaker Rochelle Masters and other team members will be focusing on ways to reduce stress and the management tools needed to live a more stress free life.

There will be a door prize, a light supper and refreshments, interactive segments, and a Q&A time to help understand this often complex discussion.
