Initial Consultation

If you're not sure about how counselling works, who to see, or are a little uncertain, we welcome you to come and visit us.

Our Practice Manager would love to sit down with you and listen to your needs and expectations.  We find out what your motivations for counselling are, and what kind of support you need.  We explain how the process works; the difference between services; how our clinic operates, and what to expect from the services we deliver.  We assure you ethical conduct including confidentiality, explanation of services (including Medicare Rebates & GP Mental Health Care Plans) and determine the most suitable clinician for you. (*Free consult not applicable to GP Mental Health Care Plans).

Masters Psychology is accredited to provide services under Medicare and private health insurance via referral from a GP. Psychological reports are also available by negotiation.
