Since 2019, telehealth has become a new normal for many mental health practitioners, with varying degrees of comfort, familiarity, and engagement with the process across the eld. Those of us in Perth and the rest of Western Australia have, with a few exceptions, been relatively able to continue face-to-face therapy as usual throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the increase of Covid-19 cases in our communities and the impending opening of our borders makes a return to telehealth services likely. At Masters Psychology we understand how important it is for clients to remain connected to supports and services during times of stress and change. O ering telehealth services for those who are unable to attend the clinic in person is one way we can provide care that is tailored to speci c needs. Telehealth is as feasible, acceptable, and e ective as face-to-face therapy, and provides many bene ts for clients including accessibility, exibility, convenience, and continuity of care.
