OK Kids & Teens Wellbeing School Holiday Programs - July 8th & 15th
Masters Psychology is proud to present the OK Kids Wellbeing Program, which is is a preventative group program tailored for Year 4-6 & Year 7-9 students who may experience challenges such as overthinking, worries, and stress. Over the course of two weeks, students will acquire skills to effectively manage strong emotions. For many, this will involve learning techniques to cope with stress, alleviate worries, and enhance resilience and confidence.

Navigate a busy brain
Foster healthy friendships
Every year, numerous students benefit from these skills, finding that with practice, they can better regulate their emotions, improve relationships with peers and family, and tackle academic challenges more effectively.

Following this, we will confirm your consent and finalise enrolment before any payment is taken. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a place in the program but allows us to proceed to the next screening step.
