Program description:
Learn how to navigate the journey of motherhood from pregnancy through to the first twelve months of your baby’s life. This 6 week program will encourage you to acknowledge your own milestones of development alongside your growing bub; give you tools on how to manage an ever-shifting mindset towards your new identity . We will explore motherhood as more than a biological event; it's a psychological and emotional transition. We guide you to develop a motherhood mindset that embraces both the highs and lows of this new life stage.
In the group program, we will:
Help you understand matrescence (a new identity) in becoming a mother, and assist you with the resources to manage your body's regulation systems. When you connect with yourself, you can better connect with your child and your village!
